Living on the Road

Some photos from the trip my mom and I took on our road trip to the east side of the state.
The weather was perfect, and the scenery was wonderful.

 Snoqualmie Falls

 In the middle of nowhere.

Had to stop and take pictures in the rose garden.

Relaxing down by the Columbia River in Richland, WA.

My local friend Sarah recommended Frost Me Sweet.
It was great food and dessert! I highly recommend it.

Get Outside

Summer time in the Pacific Northwest is really the best time of the year to be here. It truly showcases how it is the most beautiful place in the world.  My boyfriend and I like to go camping on the east side of the mountains and even just the drive there takes your breath away every time.
Even when you know the mountain views wait at the top of the pass,
they still leave you stunned at their beauty.

Everything is in full bloom.

The valley unfolds right in front of your eyes.

Me and Vinny take in the view.

That mountain is nice, but he sure is handsome :)

 Our home away from home.

The Pacific Northwest is truly beautiful.

 Vinny soaks it all in.

Spring Fling

Catching up on some of my pictures from when Darren and I made it to the Tulip Festival.
It was perfect weather and it was the perfect day to be out at the flower fields.

Tulips of all colors.

 With my little Maltipoo Vinny.

Father's Day

Father's Day is a day for me to reflect on my memories of my dad and grandpas.  Its sad that their time came before it should have. Today was a special day because it was my brother's first Father's Day.  Baby Roslyn got to celebrate with us and it was such a fun day.  We had a great barbecue outside until it started to thunder and lightning. We escaped the storm just in time.
I want to say Happy Father's Day to all of the Dad's out there.
Our time here on earth is very precious and we can only hold our family close and cherish the time we have with them.

My first day home from the hospital.
