America the Beautiful!

 America's birthday!
Not only do we celebrate the fourth of July, we celebrate the third. Every year we head to our friends cabin where the fire department puts on a great firework show. It is always fun and everyone dresses up so cute. 

I'm so glad to finally have my laptop back. It seemed like forever and ever.

 I'm sure I'm like most aunts who have a countless array of cute pictures of their nieces and nephews and want to boast about them any chance they get.  So here is one of the cutest pics of Roslyn Mae and the cutest quote.  It really does say how much this little girl fills my heart with joy. 

I've always loved children and the happiness they bring into my life, but having one in my family is such a joy my heart feels whole.

A Beautifully Blue Summer

This summer has been amazing. Washington saw a whole month of no rain. Filled with blue skies, wonderful long days, spent enjoying the outdoors and time with my family. 

This summer I have got to spend so much time with my niece Roslyn. She turned 6 months old on the fourth of July, so we had a fun celebration.
