Folklife Festival 2013

Every year I like to come down to Seattle for the Folklife Festival.  My mom always does a dance performance and I always like to be there to see that.  The weather also usually agrees when I'm there so I can't complain.  There are so many people that come out to enjoy the best of what Seattle has to offer.  I also got to take the monorail down to Westlake Mall and do some shopping down there. My mom's performance went great and it was a great day down in the city.

May is wonderful. The weather begins to get better in Washington. Meaning more fun times outside and maybe more adventures to Eastern Washington.  Also my birthday is in May, so that is always fun.  Here are some pictures from my May adventures. Enjoy.

Lovely Chelan Weekends

Chelan is such a lovely place every time of the year. Its probably my favorite place in Washington to go.  There is always much blue sky to be had at all times of the year.

Birthday Wine Tasting

I was so glad my friends were able to come over to Chelan to celebrate my birthday with me.  We decided to fit in some wine tasting at my favorite winery over there called Benson Vineyards.  The views are spectacular and the wine is delicious. 

Its definitely a must-visit if you ever make it to Lake Chelan.
